Henan Whirlwind New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. designs the CX and UX ranges at its Changge, Henan head office and manufactures them at its Jining, Shandong factory. When you send an inquiry, you are talking to the people who build, test and ship the rig.

Keeping the rig turning

Drilling tools & consumables

As a drilling-tools manufacturer, we supply the consumables the rigs run on — wireline drill rods, core barrels, diamond bits and reaming shells matched to BQ / NQ / HQ / PQ tooling — so one shipment can carry the rig and its first season of tooling.

After-sales

  • Wear parts from stock. Chucks, clamps, seals and hydraulic wear items ship with the rig or by courier.
  • Remote support. Our engineers troubleshoot by WhatsApp and video call in your working hours, with photos and parts diagrams.
  • Documentation in English. Operation and parts manuals ship with every rig; the exact warranty terms are stated in your proforma invoice.

Before you ask

What is the minimum order? +
One set. Most buyers start with a single rig plus tooling, then add units once the first machine is on site.
How is the rig shipped? +
Crawler CX rigs travel as one unit in a 40-ft container; UX rigs are skid-mounted and split into rig + power unit for container loading. Export packing and loading photos are provided before the container is sealed.
How long is the lead time? +
It depends on the model and the options you choose. Your quotation states the production lead time for the exact configuration — ask us for the current schedule for the model you are looking at.
What are the payment terms? +
Standard export terms are T/T with a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment; full terms are written into the proforma invoice so there are no surprises later.
Can the UX rigs run on diesel instead of electric? +
Yes. UX rigs are supplied with electric power units as standard; diesel power units and switchable configurations are available where underground power is limited.
Do you supply drill rods and bits with the rig? +
Yes — wireline rods, core barrels, diamond bits and reaming shells in BQ / NQ / HQ / PQ sizes can be quoted and shipped together with the rig.
